About Light Right
Since 2014, we've been transforming outdoor spaces with lighting solutions that blend technical expertise and artistic vision. As the only company in Victoria focused exclusively on outdoor lighting, we've built our reputation on delivering superior results for both residential and commercial clients.
Our History
Born in Victoria. Built on light.
Light Right began as a seasonal holiday lighting business, bringing festive cheer to Victoria's homes and businesses during the winter months. As our reputation for quality and creativity grew, so did our vision. We expanded our services to include year-round outdoor lighting solutions, from landscape lighting, to seasonal and permanent Christmas/holiday lighting, to event lighting. Today, we've completed over 500 projects across all seasons, each uniquely tailored to meet our clients' needs while reflecting our commitment to excellence and innovation. Our focus remains solely on outdoor lighting, allowing us to offer unparalleled expertise and creativity in every project we undertake.

Business
Today, we're proud to be the driving force behind many of Greater Victoria's most iconic lighting displays. From the immersive glow of the DVBA's Lights of Wonder installation to the enchanting ambiance of local festivals and events, like The Oak Bay Light Up, our work has become an integral part of the community's landscape. Whether it's illuminating public spaces for the City of Victoria, creating magical atmospheres for local events, or transforming private properties, we help shape the visual identity of our region through light.
